While attempting to DIY a logo and website, Amanda realized she needed some help. She wanted a professional, but welcoming, logo and website. After looking her site over, I recommended a new layout and complete refresh to meet her needs. The end product is a simple site that will be easy to maintain for her private practice.

The Process
Logo design is always a collaborative process. Amanda requested a header to coordinate with her site’s blue, gold, white, and neutrals. For fonts, she wanted to use a combination that paired a serif style with a script. She didn’t have a preference for an icon or not.
I initially proposed five designs. She opted to see 2, 3, and 4 with alternate colors and fonts to narrow down our focus and style.

From there, she opted to move forward with design #6. To further refine her choice, we looked at different fonts in set 9-13. After finalizing the fonts in set 9, we looked at alternate colors in set 14-18.
The final design selected was #14, which ended up being only a slight variation from initial proposal #2.
