Priority email support is included in all Virtual Assistance and Maintenance plans and does not need to be purchased separately if you already have one of those.

  • Priority email support is typically available Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm EST, except for holidays and occasional vacation days.
  • Most emails are returned within 24 hours (typically the same day during normal business hours).
  • Answers are typically in the form of screenshots, Loom videos, and/or links for further learning, as applicable.
  • This service answers common “How do I…” or “Why is…” tech and troubleshooting questions about WordPress or marketing that take less than 10 minutes each. Some examples of common questions covered in this plan:
    • How do I add a new link to my menu bar?
    • How do I change my featured posts?
    • How do I add a table of contents to my post?
    • How do I automatically tag email subscribers based on interest?
    • Which plugin do you recommend for ____?
    • Where do I add DNS records to verify my email account?
  • This service is not for extensive tutorials, strategy coaching, or WordPress development that require in-depth explanation. Some examples of questions not covered in this plan:
    • How do I build a landing page in WordPress?
    • How do I install a website store and collect payment?
    • How do I create product preview videos?
    • How do I edit CSS, PHP, etc.?
    • Why aren’t my Facebook ads driving more conversions?
  • I reserve the right to determine what is considered a reasonable amount of support emails each month before incurring additional fees, which will always be discussed in advance.
  • Priority email support does not include any tech work, only answers to questions to help you DIY. This plan does not include website maintenance, plugin updates, theme updates, page edits, etc.

  • Due to the nature of design work, all sales are final. No prorated refunds will be given for unused months.
