  • Your package includes one year of my managed hosting.
  • Content mapping will include personalized tips and suggestions for your new website, but you must write all website copy.
  • Default store page designs are included, as determined by your theme. Custom product, cart, checkout, and account pages are sold separately. Contact me for pricing.
  • Additional store features are sold separately, and many require premium plugins. Contact me for pricing.
  • This service is for store SET UP only. This service does not include extensive tutorials, future maintenance, content-creation, or legal advice; you must input your own individual shop items, descriptions, shipping charges, tax charges, payment info, policies, etc.
  • You will need to sync your own PayPal business account to receive payments; I will share how to do this.
  • All graphics/logos/stock art/photography/commercial fonts (if needed) must be supplied by client, or are priced separately.
  • Email opt-in integration requires an existing newsletter/promotional marketing provider. You must set up the forms in your email marketing provider for my use in WordPress. For more email marketing options or help setting up your account, you may optionally purchase newsletter start up assistance, if needed.
  • Sites are sold as-is upon installation. You are responsible for all future maintenance/updates. Maintenance and support plans are available, sold separately.
  • One week of after-installation email support is provided to answer basic questions about your new site. After that hourly or discounted annual support plans are available, sold separately. I do not provide extensive one-on-one WordPress tutorials.
  • This service does not include content creation. You must write your own blog posts, pages, etc.
  • Installation and configuration of additional pages and plugins available. Contact me for pricing.
  • All communication takes place via email to keep a detailed history of Client needs and project progress. Phone consultations are available on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees apply.
  • Due to the nature of design work, all sales are final.
  • It’s important to note that I am not responsible for the legal aspects of your website, including privacy policies, terms and conditions, cookie policies, accessibility, and any other legal compliance requirements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your website meets all necessary legal obligations and regulations.
