After seeing Christi’s work building a friend’s website, I knew I wanted her help to build mine — and I’m so glad I did! She was able to quickly build the site in two weeks. All along the way, she was a great communicator who answered my questions very thoroughly. She also helped advise me on branding and logos, offering multiple options. I couldn’t recommend her more highly enough!
Because Abigail wasn’t sure on her colors, I proposed a wide variety of options in my initial plan. These are all based on her initial question sheet of likes/dislikes.
From there she narrowed it down to a few different options, but still didn’t have a clear winner. When this happens, I’ll use a few different color themes in the first header draft. Sometimes it helps to SEE the colors in your actual graphics to help decide which is your favorite.
At this point, she liked layout #3 but wanted to see it in a few of her top color choices.
In the end, 3B was the clear winner. Then the website was built around her new color scheme and logos.
